These electronic case reports are EXCELLENT!

I enjoyed the case study. The photos were fantastic!

Thank you,
Kristin Burns
I discovered this site, and have enjoyed it! Keep presenting OCT images, as there is little out there for interpretation.  I just has a pt with thickening and exudates and macular star from HTN, and his 3D is amazing, but I'm not 100% sure what I'm looking at. Do you have any OCT interpretation recommendations?
Thank you,
Dear Dr. Sherman.
Great site!  Especially enjoyed the Plaquenil study.  It would seem that mfERG would yield a lot of false positives.  What would your thoughts be on when to refer for this test: Based on risk factors (e.g. cummulative dose), or wait for signs and symptoms?
Thanks again,
Seth (SUNY 1980)
Is there an email list for this page so I can get regular emails abotu the new case studies?  If so, please add my email address to it.
I discovered this site via the forum and find it extremely useful.  I am in private practive and have a Stratus OCT and enjoy the useful case presentations.  Please include me in your email listing for this site.

I want to thank the cases submitted. They are very useful and we are kept up-to-date in the techniques and equipment that exist to provide the patient with a better diagnostics.  Again, I reiterate my congratulations.
