Case 3: Optomap® Color Fundus Image OD

Case 3: A 25 yo white female with problems seeing at night presents with a characteristic fundus appearance of RP. The highly visible pigment represents migration of RPE cells from the RPE layer into the inner retina. Much of the pigment cells appear to wrap around the large retinal blood vessels, most of which are located within the RNFL. BCVA was 20/25 in both eyes.
