Case 6: Optomap® Color Fundus Image OD

Case 6: A 58 yo BF presented with visual problems OD greater than OS. She reported progressive, decreased central and peripheral vision with particular trouble at night. The patient mentioned that she has two sons with no apparent vision problems. BCVA was 20/200 OD and 20/40 OS. Retinal examination revealed scattered pigmentary clumping and arterial attenuation OU. Full field ERGs revealed no scotopic responses consistent with the retinal appearance. The radiating lines temporally are shadows from cortical cataracts.
