Case 1:
History and Chief Complaint:
- 67-year-old male presents complaining of sudden onset of floaters OS.
- Symptoms started the day prior and denies any flashes or changes in vision
- PMHx: +T2DM for 8 years
- HgA1c: 8.3 (1 month prior)
Exam:
- BCVA: 20/25 OD and OS on pinhole
- EOMs, CVF, and Pupils: unremarkable
- Trace Nuclear Sclerotic Cataract
- PVD OS, Shafer negative, retina attached 360 OU
