Case 1: Quantel Aviso Ultrasound Biomicroscope
This 9 to 3 o’clock (from left to right UBM section in the right eye in Nov 2013) barely reveals the mass, which has regressed. Although the patient had undergone LPI’s in both eyes followed by gonioplasty several years earlier, the angles still appear somewhat narrow with a plateau iris still observable at 9 o’clock. This section, through the pupils reveals a prominent echo from the anterior surface of the multi-focal lens.
