Introduction

• Ciliary body melanomas often remain clinically unapparent to the clinician and patient until they are very large in size.
• Prognosis is poor due to high rate of metastasis, especially to the liver.
• Presenting signs can include blurry vision, increase in astigmatism, and cataract.
