Color photo (left): Pigmentary changes in the maculae and posterior poles with a generally symmetric appearance. Macular pigment mottling in the foveae of both eyes.

Fundus autofluorescence (right): Diffuse hypo autofluorescence of the posterior poles with interspersed background hyper autofluorescence and hyper autofluorescent borders. Deep hypo autofluorescence of the maculae. Global symmetry between both eyes is apparent.
