Case Report
- The patient was originally diagnosed with “autosomal dominant cerebellar ataxia with retinal degeneration”, in addition to Vogt-Kayanagi-Harada (VKH) syndrome, Alezzandrini syndrome, and thioridazine toxicity.
- However, these diagnoses were eventually ruled out and the entirely unilateral findings of vitiligo and poliosis were determined to be a coincidental condition once genetic testing was conducted at 54-years-old.
