Background:

Focal Choroidal Excavation (FCE) is a relatively recently described chorioretinal anomaly first reported by Jampol et al. in 2006 ¹. Margolis et al. (2011)² later introduced the term FCE in a retrospective case series of 12 patients. Herein, we describe an interesting case of an incidental findings of bilateral FCE in an otherwise healthy, asymptomatic 22-year-old female.
