Case Presentation:

Chief Complaint:
22-year-old Asian female presents for retinal evaluation without any visual or ocular complaints.

Pertinent History:
Noted history of gradually increasing magnitude of myopia in both eyes x 5 years.

Clinical Findings:
BCVA 20/20 OD and OS with -7.50D refractive error OU. Intraocular pressures were normal. Dilated fundus examination was unremarkable in both eyes on ophthalmoscopy.
