M, age 9 (07/2023):

This was a pre-scheduled visit as she was monitored in office every 6 months.

Her entering complaint was “vision is stable, maybe better than it has been in the past”

But upon checking visual acuities, she was unaware of the decreased vision OS until the right eye was covered….
