Initial Presentation

  • A 45 year old male presents complaining of decreased vision since childhood.
  • BCVA: 20/60 OD/OS.
  • Refractive Error:
    • OD: -8.00 -2.00 x 135
    • OS: -8.00 -1.25 x 020
  • Externals: Normal OD/OS.
  • Slit Lamp revealed mid-peripheral iris transillumination defects 360 in both eyes and pigment on the corneal endothelium.
