• Gonioscopy was open to ciliary body with 2+ pigment in all quadrants of both eyes and a concave iris approach.
• Examination of the lens revealed dense pigment deposition on the posterior capsules of both lenses.
• Intraocular pressure was 17mmHg OD and 18mmHg OS.
• Dilated fundus examination revealed an intact retina and clear vitreous with no pigment cells.
• The optic nerves were small, measuring 1mm x 1mm on spectral domain ocular coherence tomography (SD-OCT).
