CC: Asymptomatic 55-year-old white male presents for baseline retinal examination after being diagnosed with large soft drusen OU.
Family Hx: Strong family history of AMD – father lost significant vision, mother had CNVM, grandparents also affected
PMHx: Never smoker, high cholesterol and hypothyroidism (controlled)
BCVA 20/20 OD, OS, OU
