  • Prescribed high quality AREDS2 supplement
  • Lifestyle changes discussed and recommended
    • Never a smoker
    • Increase movement/exercise during the day
    • Maintain healthy BP, BG, and cholesterol levels with PCP
    • Increase intake of lutein and nutrition rich food
  • Monitor with dilated examination and imaging in 6 months
  • Referred to the ForeseeHome AMD Monitoring Program for OU
