Case Report

A 60 year old female with a history of dry AMD OU for over a decade converted to wet AMD, first OD, then 2 months later OS.

OCT confirmed that the patient developed Wet AMD Type 3. Of note, the patient had been under stress for approximately 6 months prior.

Treatment with the anti-VEGF Vabysmo OU was successful and are scheduled to continue. The patient’s VAs were 20/30 OU at the last exam.
