Case 2: High Definition OCT and Topcon 3D Image of Right Eye Case 2: The horizontal OCT section and 3D image document the detachment of the neurosensory retina temporal to the macula. Note the cystic type gaps on either side of the outer plexiform layer.

Case 2: Topcon 3D OCT Movie of Right Eye  Case 2: The Topcon 3D OCT movie further temporal to the previous image in the right eye better documents the extent of the retinal detachment. The 3D image reveals the retinal detachment extends from the superior to inferior region temporal to the macula.

Case 2: Topcon 3D OCT Images of Right Eye Case 2: Two horizontal OCT sections inferior to the macula document the separation of the neurosensory retina from the underlying RPE. Note the layers of the retina remain intact and there is no profound splitting within the layers of the detached retina.

Case 2: Topcon 3D OCT Movie of Right Eye Case 2: The Topcon 3D movie image is composed of 128 horizontal slices contained within the 6 mm x 6 mm green box (see image below). The 3D image shows a detachment of the neurosensory retina inferior and temporal to the macula

Case 2: Topcon 3D OCT Radial Scan Images of Right Eye A horizontal OCT scan through the fovea reveals a grossly intact photoreceptor integrity line (PIL) (see page 13). The RPE underlying the PIL reveals gaps in the central 1 mm of the 6 mm scan.

Case 2: Topcon 3D OCT Color Fundus Image of Right Eye   Case 2: A 14-year-old girl complained of blurred vision which had become noticeably worse over the last year. Medical history was unremarkable. Visual acuity was 20/20 in the right eye. Note the two obvious abnormalities: A macula lesion one disc

History/Chief Complaint A 44-year-old unsuspecting and asymptomatic optometrist presented with no complaints, but a concern about the etiology of two large lesions In his right temporal periphery that were detected during a routine optos® exam on the exhibition floor at SECO (Southern Education Council of Optometry). Clinical Findings VA 20/20 OD and OS. Normal
