Correlation of Fundus Photography to Visual Fields OD As expected, the closure of the inferior branch of the central retina artery (CRA) resulted in a corresponding superior visual field loss. Note that the papillomacular bundle is essentially within normal limits and is in agreement with the 20/25 BCVA.

Fundus Photography OD Fundus photos at presentation (top left) and 7 months later (top right). Note little or no evidence of the previous occlusion of the inferior branch of the CRA in the more recent photo. A red free fundus photo also taken 7 months later (right).

Fundus Photography OD History. A 72-year-old black male presented with vision loss in his right eye in the upper visual field first noticed nearly a week earlier. He was under treatment for both diabetes and hypertension and was also a glaucoma suspect. VA cc was 20/25 RE and 20/20 LE. The fundus image

Many clinicians rely upon the results of circumpapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) measurements obtained with OCT to diagnose and manage their glaucoma patients. Other objective measurements, such as GDx and OCT Ganglion Cell Complex (GCC) as well as subjective visual fields often correlate well with the OCT RNFL results. Although such concordant findings
