The infra-red pseudo color image reveals scattered light color specks superior nasal to the fovea in the OS which correspond to several small zones of RPE elevation and disruption with the SD OCT. A small nonspecific chronic retinal detachment with subtle exudation along with loss of both the photoreceptor integrity line (PIL) (see page 14) and RPE nasal to an intact fovea are demonstrated.
