History/Chief Complaints

• Asymptomatic 70 year old white female

Clinical Findings

• Amsler grid: Normal
• PHP: Hyperacuity disturbance pattern was demonstrated OD only. Since the disturbance pattern was in the superior visual field, the corresponding fundus lesion should be inferior to the fovea.
• 3 mirror lens exam: Reveals small hemorrhages and subretinal fluid in fovea.
• FA: Demonstrates leakage inferior to fovea OD.
