Case 1: Optomap® Fundus Image Comparison of Right Eye

The pigmented lesions are easily discerned in the composite color (top) and red separation (bottom) optomap® images, but not in the green separation (middle) optomap® image. Since the large lesion is not visible in green separation, it is possible the lesion is under the RPE and may be a choroidal lesion. A nevus is the most likely candidate and in this case the large peripheral lesion has not changed over the last decade.
