Case 2: Topcon 3D OCT Radial Scan Images
SD-OCT revealed an elevated subretinal lesion in both eyes. In the right eye the lesion appeared as a single elevation (red circle) and the left eye presented as two separate elevations (blue circle). Note the absence of the PIL over the elevated lesions in the macula as well as elsewhere. More about the genetics of LCA and 2 new treatment approaches in a future RR.
