A 67-year-old black female presented with BCVA 20/80 OD and 20/20 OS. The patient returned for follow-up exam of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy. The patient has had DM Type 2 for 22 years which has been controlled with medication. Note the dot and blot hemes temporally, scattered exudates, which appear as yellow-white spots, and the circinate ring superior temporal.
