Case 6: Topcon Fundus Images OU
A 58-year-old Hispanic male presented with BCVA of 20/80 OD and 20/400 OS. The patient was being followed for macular drusen interfering with his vision. The patient was diagnosed with hypertension 8 years earlier that was being controlled with medication. Note the long standing macular drusen in both eyes and a new retina hemorrhage inferior to the macula in the left eye.
