Case 7: Topcon 3D OCT Radial Scan Image
Note the white spot inferior to the fovea is not a drusen, but actually an area of geographic atrophy that is well visualized when imaged by SD-OCT. The PIL is present under the fovea, but the PIL and the RPE are missing in the area of geographic atrophy.
