Case 9: Topcon Fundus Images OU
A 77-year-old white male presented with longstanding reduced vision for the past 22 years with BCVA of 20/200 OU. Family history revealed his mother had been diagnosed with Best’s Disease. The fundus images reveal well circumscribed macular scars in both eyes.
