A 65-year-old white male presented with BCVA of 20/20 OU. The patient was referred because of two macroaneurysms near the macula OS. Both macroaneurysms were treated with laser and patient was returning for follow-up. Note the circinate ring of exudates surrounding the macroaneurysm superior temporal to the macula.
