Case 1: Optovue iWellnessExam OU April 2011

Case 1: A 58-year old Hispanic male presented for a second opinion concerning his recent onset of blurred vision in his right eye. Initial ophthalmoscopy through an undilated pupil failed to reveal any obvious reason for his 20/400 BCVA OD. IOPs were 16 mmHg OD and 15 mmHg OS. An Optovue iWellness Exam was obtained and revealed both a retinal and an optic nerve problem. The Ganglion Cell Complex was very attenuated in the left eye. See next 2 pages for introduction to GCC.
