The RDs are larger and more elevated in the right eye than in the left. The probable diagnosis is CSCR although several rare disorders, such as Harada’s disease, are possible. Treatment options, including photodynamic therapy (PDT) and anti-VEGF injections, were discussed but not recommended at present. Careful follow-up in a month was strongly advised.
