Case 1: Topcon Fundus Image and Zeiss Cirrus Ganglion Cell Analysis Overlay
The RNFL reduction in the temporal quadrant of the right eye corresponds to the Ganglion reduction in the nasal macula zone. The fibers running from the macula to the temporal quadrant of the disc comprise the papillo-macula bundle (PMB). Reduction of ganglion cells and the corresponding RNFL can occur prior to both VA reduction and fields abnormalities.
