Using the Quadrant Analysis, the RNFL thickness inferiorly is 89 microns in the affected OD and 116 microns in the OS for a difference of 27 microns. However superiorly, the RNFL thickness is 132 in the OD and 100 microns in the OS for a difference of 32 microns. Since the thickness difference is greater superiorly, which corresponds to unaffected quadrants, the difference inferiorly does not appear to be significant.
