Case 4: Topcon 3D OCT Movie of Right Eye

Case 4: A 45-year-old myopic female complained of reduced vision in her right eye. Patient reported that vision in the right eye had always been poor, but had drastically decreased within the last 6 months. Visual acuities were 20/400 OD and 20/25 OS. B-scan revealed no abnormalities, however, OCT revealed a retinoschlsis. The Topcon 3D OCT movie documents a retinoschisis which extends throughout the entire posterior pole with areas of vitreal traction. For additional information see: Case #4 – Retinoschisis
