Case 5: Topcon 2D OCT Movie
Case 5: The Topcon 3D OCT 2-dimensional movie documents the retinal detachment. The superior OCT sections (horizontal scans 0-53) reveal an attached retina that appears normal. The detachment of the neurosensory retina first appears in horizontal scan 54 and increases in width until it extends across the entire 6 mm width of the box (horizontal scan 95). Note the fovea is attached shown by horizontal scans 60-74.
