Case 10: Topcon 3D OCT Demonstrating Elevation of the Retina Below the Disc
The sequential 2D horizontal sections (slices #74,75,76 and 77) demonstrate the presence of numerous subtle retinoschisis (see red arrows) changes at different levels of the retina inferior to the disc. Note the splitting and elevation of the retinal layers.
