Similar, but perhaps more advanced, findings are revealed in the left eye. The patient has a form of retinitis pigmentosa known as pericentral RP. It is generally autosomal dominant in inheritance. But our patient not only has a form of RP, but is a strong glaucoma suspect. Note the large and asymmetric vertical cupping and the somewhat thin corneas as described on the first page.
