Case 2: A 47 year old myopic white male initially presented with a recent difficulty in playing ping pong. Best corrected VA remains 20/20 in each eye. The fundus evaluation revealed some pigmentary changes inferior temporal to the macula in the right eye and similar pigmentary changes, but around the inferior retinal vessels, in the left eye.
