The AF image above reveals an entire ring of hypo AF in each eye. There is also a smaller and more subtle ring around the macula OU of hyper AF. As mentioned in the previous case, the hypo AF (incomplete) ring suggests dead RPE cells and the hyper AF ring suggests sick RPE cells.
