Case 2: Annidis MSI OD
An 82 year old white male presented with gradual reduction in vision in both eyes. He was previously diagnosed with cataracts and mild macular degeneration. General health history was unremarkable. Best corrected VA was 20/60 OD and 20/70 OS.
