Case 2: Annidis MSI OS
MSI with red and IR LEDs in the left eye reveal a one disc diameter lesion not detected with ophthalmoscopy or with the green, yellow or amber LED. This lesion is most likely a choroidal nevus but deserves to be monitored. Pigmentary clumping in the macula are visible with select LEDs and will be discussed shortly.
