Case 6: Optomap® Color Fundus Image OD

Case 6: A 50 yo WF presented for follow up of possible RP. The patient reported deteriorating vision over the past year and longstanding color vision deficits. Night vision has been reduced but stable since 2 months prior, when a possible diagnosis of RP was initially given. Bone spicules were noted nasally with scattered spicules inferior to the disc OD and OS. ERGs, obtained about 8 years earlier, were normal. BCVAs are now 20/30 in the right eye and 20/70 in the left eye.
