In June of 2021 there was possible progression of those superior temporal defects and also superior nasal defects seen on the gray scale and pattern standard deviation.

It is important to note that the classic glaucomatous visual field defects include nasal step, paracentral defects, and arcuate defects that typically progress from nasal to temporal.12 In a study by Ohno-Matsui et al., temporal visual field defects were the most common visual field defect in highly myopic, non-glaucomatous eyes.13
