Case 12: Topcon 3D OCT Radial and Raster Scan Images

The top image shows the chorioretinal scar, which appears as a large hyperreflective mass that elevates all the overlying retinal layers. Bruch’s membrane is also unmasked due to the elevated retinal layers. The lower images shows the cross section of the intraretinal hemorrhage. The hyperreflective zone in the lower image is actually blood from hemorrhage. The patient was diagnosed with Best’s Disease and was treated with anti-VEGF intravitreal injections.
