Dots, Spots, and Other White Retinal Lesions – Page 5 of 61

A 9-year-old black male presented with reduced BCVA of 20/30 OD and 20/50 OS. His mother reported he has had difficulty with his vision since age 4. His night vision was reported normal and there was no family history of any ocular disease. The fundus images show uniform white dots predominantly in the posterior pole, which became more sparse in the periphery.
