Case 2: Color Fundus Image OU

The fundus photos of this 51-year-old white female are depicted above. Note that the right disc appears larger than the left disc and both were obtained at the same magnification. The cup is also larger in the right eye. The history reveals a long standing slight reduction in vision in the right eye which has not apparently changed in decades. Best corrected VA is 20/25 OD and 20/20 OS. Goldmann IOPs were 14 mm OU and were reported to always be in the mid teens. The asymmetric cupping above is not unusual with asymmetric disc size. In this case, the larger disc in the R.E. appears to have the larger cup.
