Case 3: Topcon 3D OCT Color Fundus Image OD

Case 3: A 25-year-old white male presented with a history of optic nerve pallor and peripheral field loss OU. CT and MRI scans were obtained six years earlier and found to be normal. Of interest, his father has similar visual field defects in both eyes. BCVA was 20/20 OU and lOPs measured 13 mmHg OD and 16 mmHg OS. He also had a color vision defect since birth. Color plates revealed only 1/14 correct in each eye.
