Case 4: iVue Cornea Pachymetry Report OU

In summary: Since the reduced VA was not believed to be due to either a retinal or an optic nerve problem, an assessment of the corneal was obtained with the same instrument. Corneal pachymetry revealed subtle thinning inferiorly in both eyes, highly suggestive of kerataconus. When questioned, the patient then admitted to being previously fitted with RGP contact lenses for a corneal abnormality.
