History

• 40-year-old female presented with a family history of age-related macular degeneration, but no reported vision loss.

Clinical Findings

• BCVA: 20/20 OD/OS
• Normal Contrast Sensitivity (Continuous Text Low Contrast Chart by Eschenbach)
• Anterior segment normal in both eyes, PERRLA negative APD
• Soft drusen detected OD with the Annidis RHA Multi-Spectral Imaging System. Deep Red spectral layer highlights early atrophic macula with classic RPE disruption coupled with depigmentation.
