Case 6: A 57-year-old black female being treated with several eye drops for glaucoma. BCVA is 20/25 OD and 20/40 OS. HD-OCT in the right eye reveals a partial thickness or lamellar hole in the macula associated with posterior hyaloid attachment/detachment and an epi-retinal membrane. The PIL is intact in the right eye and predicts normal or near normal VA.
