Case 9: A 40 something year old white male optometrist recently attended a workshop in advanced retinal technologies. Although asymptomatic and no history of diabetes or other vascular disorders, peripheral vascular abnormalities including telangiectasia, microaneurysms, and small hemorrhages were observed in the peripheral temporal retina in both eyes.
