The vitreous hemorrhage blocks the underlying fluorescence. In addition to the disc neovascularization, there is neovascularization elsewhere (NVE) as well as multiple zones of capillary non perfusion. Panretina photocoagulation (PRP) was performed in each eye over the next several weeks for proliferative diabetic retinopathy.
